Lime in da' Coconut

Ingredients: 1 oz. coconut rum 1 oz. white rum (replace with coconut rum if you want) 2 oz. lime juice (fresh is best) 2 oz. coconut cream (like Coco Lopez) Lime zest Club soda Ice cubes Shaker

Directions: Put 5 or 6 ice cubes in the shaker with the rum, lime juice, and coconut cream. Shake for 30 seconds. Pour into a glass with room for everything in the shaker, plus about 3-4 more ounces. Add 3-4 oz. of club soda. Stir, and sprinkle some lime zest on top. Baccashaa!!!

Comments: This is a Virgin Islands thing. Not nearly as popular as the Painkiller, but they're a favorite on Smartini. We don't have a blender, but if you do, you can make these blended rather than shaken, but leave out the club soda.
