Walnut Parmesan Spread

Ingredients: 1 C walnuts, toasted and cooled
1 C Parmesan cheese
1/2 t kosher salt
1 T lemon juice
1/3 C olive oil
Directions: Pulse walnuts, cheese, salt and lemon juice in a blender until crumbly. With blender running on low, add olive oil in a slow, steady stream. Serve with crudites or toasted bread.
To toast walnuts, preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread walnuts on a baking sheet and toast for 6 to 7 minutes, stirring once. Or, toast in a medium-high skillet until browned and fragrant.
