Extra Crispy Baked Chicken Wings

Ingredients: 2 lbs. chicken wings
1 t salt
1 t pepper
1/4 t white pepper
1/2 t onion powder
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 t smoked paprika
2 t fresh rosemary, minced
2 t baking powder
Directions: Preheat oven to 425 F.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Combine all dry ingredients in a small bowl.
Pat wings with paper towels til thoroughly dry.
Sprinkle spice mixture over wings, toss to coat evenly.
Arrange wings on the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 1 hour at 425, flipping every 20 minutes.
Keeping wings in oven, turn oven to 450.
Flip after 2.5 minutes, then bake 2.5 minutes longer til crispy and browned.
Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing. Enjoy!
